Allow two working days for the collection of repeat prescriptions.

If you have a computer request form from your previous prescription, please use it.

If you order a prescription by post, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope and allow 2 working days.

You can fax your medication request to us at 020 7837 3656. Please include your name, address, and the name of the medication, including the dose and strength you require.
